-
Increase Retention: Provide a high-value perk that keeps employees in the office and members coming back to the gym.
-
Eliminate Friction: Get the prestige of a cafe without the mess of coffee pots, the cost of a full-time barista, or the complexity of traditional keg systems.

Cold Brew 101: Why It’s the Superior Choice
If you’ve never had true cold brew, you might wonder how it differs from a standard cup of coffee. It isn’t just about the temperature; it’s about a completely different brewing process that yields a smoother, more premium result.
Cold Brew vs. Iced Coffee: What’s the Difference?
Most people assume iced coffee and cold brew are the same. They aren’t.
-
Iced Coffee: Is simply hot-brewed coffee that has been cooled down and poured over ice. This often results in a watered-down, bitter, and acidic drink.
-
Cold Brew: Our coffee is never heated. We steep the grounds in cold, filtered water for 12–24 hours. This slow, gentle process extracts the flavor without the bitterness, resulting in a naturally sweet, bold, and incredibly smooth finish.
Three Reasons Everyone is Switching to Cold Brew
1. Lower Acidity, Better Taste
Because the beans are never exposed to high heat, the chemical reaction that creates "coffee breath" and stomach acidity is minimized. Cold brew is roughly 60% less acidic than hot coffee. This makes it easier on the stomach and allows the natural chocolatey and nutty notes of the bean to shine through without the "bite."
2. All-Day Energy
The slow-steeping process naturally creates a more concentrated caffeine profile. It provides a clean, sustained energy boost that lasts longer than a standard cup of coffee, making it the perfect companion for a long workday or a high-intensity workout.
3. The Ultimate "Refreshment"
Hot coffee is a morning ritual, but cold brew is an all-day luxury. It is as refreshing as a cold soda or sparkling water but with the sophisticated flavor profile of a craft beverage. Whether it’s 9:00 AM or 3:00 PM, a chilled glass of cold brew is the perfect "reset" for your day.
Setup & Space
How much space do I need for the machine?
The unit is designed with a small footprint, roughly the size of a standard mini-fridge. It fits easily under counters, in breakrooms, or as a standalone feature in a lobby or gym floor.
Does it require a water line?
We offer two solutions: a plumbed-in version with professional in-line filtration for the best taste, or a bottled-water version for locations where a water line isn't easily accessible.
Maintenance & Logistics
How do I know when the coffee is running low? The machine features a simple, intuitive indicator light. When it’s time for a refresh, the light will notify your team, ensuring you never have an "empty tap" during peak hours.
How hard is it to restock? It takes about 30 seconds. We use a proprietary "plug and play" system with puncture caps to maintain freshness and quality. You simply slide the box in and press the connector on. There is no heavy lifting, no pouring, and no risk of leaks.
How do I get more coffee? You have total flexibility. You can sign up for "set-and-forget" scheduled shipments (twice weekly, monthly, etc.), or simply visit the website to place your next order.
What if I need help or troubleshooting? The system is designed to be nearly maintenance-free. However, we provide a full FAQ and digital support. In the event of significant troubleshooting needs, we also have local representatives available for hands-on assistance if needed.
